HOW THE APPLICATION PROCESS WORKS:

Should your company wish to conduct repairs on warrantied vehicles, you will need to obtain approval from the relevant vehicle manufacturer.

On receipt of your application form, we will add your company name to the review list applicable to each relevant manufacturer. Most approval programmes are reviewed on an annual basis, but we are able to accept applications year-round, and have your information loaded for the next review.

If your application is declined, you will be advised thereof in writing. Your details are kept on the list, and should another approval be required in the area in future, your company will take preference over any received after yours.

If your application has been accepted for audit, AutoMatrix will arrange the relevant audit of your premises and equipment. Once the completed audit report, supporting information and photographs are reviewed by the manufacturer, they will advise AutoMatrix of the relevant outcome and, if necessary we provide you with the relevant documentation required.

NOTE: The acceptance of applications for Approval and any subsequent appointment following an official audit,  is at the sole discretion of the relevant vehicle manufacturer.
